George Perez Sr. owns and operates a loss mitigation company in the Triangle Area of North Carolina. After spending 21 years in the Army and traveling all over the world he decided to call it quits in 2004.
After retiring from the military I decided to open up a company where we focus primary on familes who are facing a hardship due to this terrible economy. Six years later I have become a well known short sale expert in Wake, Johnston and Durham County.
I have bought and sold over 90 houses and completed over 200 short sales.. I specialize in the nitch area of short sales and loss mitigation. I have also helped many families in the Triangle avoid foreclosure and keep their homes by modifying there exciting mortgages.
